It is in early access, and currently being proved in a working healthcare facility rather than sold broadly. That means it works, it is in daily use, and you will occasionally find a rough edge, which we would very much like you to tell us about. General availability follows once the installer and multi-site sync are finished, and once the pilot has produced figures we are willing to publish.
About thirty minutes. If you send a data sample beforehand we load it first, so you are looking at your own numbers rather than a demo dataset.

On the machine you install it on. Regnum is local-first by design; if you later enable multi-site sync, you choose where that copy lives too. We are happy to take a compliance officer through the architecture in detail.
